We are delighted to announce that, in addition to our continuing Queens Park classes, we will now be offering a new in-person yoga class on Friday evenings in Kensal Rise from 14 November 2025*. And it's by donation of whatever you can afford.

The Kensal Rise Library is a well-loved community-oriented venue and a peaceful place to practise yoga and meditation. This class is suitable for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners who appreciate a slow, mindful pace.

*Please note - there will be no class on Friday 28 November due to the special event with Pujya Swami Avatarpuri Maharaj, successor to the Yoga in Daily Life lineage of traditional Indian gurus (spiritual teachers), who is visiting London for the first time. All are welcome to this free public lecture, hosted by St Anne's Brondesbury Church, 125 Salusbury Road, Queens Park NW6 6RG; starting at 7.30pm. No bookings required.
